Q: how does aestaniarts make their products?

A: at aestaniarts we firmly believe in sustainability and creating less waste. to oppose fast fashion and mass production, we use a print on demand business model: our artist creates original, aesthetic art, which is then printed on high quality material through a verified and trusted print provider, and we send whimsy your way~!

Q: where are your products shipped from?

A: our products are printed and shipped from the US through our trusted print provider. we ship both locally and internationally. international delivery times may vary depending on your location. please be patient as good things take time!

Q: can i return or exchange a product?

A: as mentioned in our refund policy, we have a 30-day return policy applicable only for damaged, defective and incorrect items. to start a return, please reach out to us at admin@aestaniarts.com so we can get it sorted. if your return is accepted, we'll arrange a refund or replacement. please don't mail anything back to the sender as they won't be processed. items sent back without notifying us won't be accepted. we don't accept returns for incorrect size/color/fragrance, buyer's remorse, sale items and gift cards.

Q: can i cancel or change my order after placing it?

A: unfortunately, once we've received your order, we will send it for printing and there's no going back! if you need to change your order or cancel it, please reach out to us ASAP at admin@aestaniarts.com so we could figure out a solution together! 

Q: what payment methods do you accept?

A: we only accept payments via cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro and Diners Club at the moment.

Q: can a custom design be requested?

A: yes! some of our products do have customization options. remember to look out for "personalization" on the product page before adding it to cart. fill in your details and we'll handle the rest. if the product cannot be customised and you'd really like one, please reach out to us and we'll see what to do!
